Privacy Policy

UnLeague is a small, independent app. This page says plainly what we collect, why, and who else sees it. If anything here is unclear, email us — the address is at the bottom.
What we collect
You sign in with Google. That gives us your name, email address and profile photo. We don't ask for a phone number, a password, or anything else to create an account.
Everything you add on purpose — clubs, leagues, fixtures, scores, stories — is stored so the app can show it to you and to other people using UnLeague. See "What's public" below.
Location
The "near me" map asks for your device location so we can find clubs and matches around you. Your location is sent to our server to run that search and isn't stored against your account afterwards. You can decline the permission; you'll just need to search by name or place instead.
Camera and microphone
We ask for camera and microphone access only when you choose to go live. Your video and audio stream directly to whoever is watching the match at that moment, through our streaming provider, Agora. We don't record or keep a copy of the stream.
Photos
If you set a crest or logo for a club or league, we ask for access to your photo library so you can pick one. The image you choose is uploaded and stored, since crests are shown publicly on the club or league page.
Notifications
If you turn on notifications, we store a device token so we can send you an alert — a kick-off, a goal, full time — for a club, league or match you follow. Turn notifications off in your device settings any time and we stop sending them.
What's public
UnLeague is built for people to find clubs and matches, so club and league pages, fixtures, results, live scores and streams are visible to anyone using the app by default. Don't post anything you'd want kept private.
Who else sees it
We use a small number of outside services to run the app:
- Google — to sign you in.
- Agora — to carry live video streams.
- Firebase Cloud Messaging — to deliver push notifications.
- Cloudflare — hosts the app, the backend and the images/files you upload.
- OpenStreetMap — provides the map tiles for "near me".
We don't sell your data, and we don't run third-party tracking ads. Promoted club or league listings inside the app are configured by us directly, not by an ad network.
Deleting your data
There's no in-app delete button yet. Email us and we'll delete your account and the personal data tied to it. Public content you created for a club or league (fixtures, scores) may stay up if the club or league keeps running, in the same way it would if someone else on your team had posted it.
Children
UnLeague isn't directed at children, and sign-in requires a Google account, which itself has its own age requirements. We don't knowingly collect data from children.
Changes
If this changes, we'll update this page and change the date at the top.
